Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is from Friedmans Premier System, Inc. (doing business as iPromo LLC), which operates merchsetgo.com ("MerchSetGo," "we," "us"). It explains what we collect when you use the store, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions go to [email protected] or 1-888-994-7766.

What we collect

Information you give us:

• Names, phone numbers, email addresses, and billing and shipping addresses.
• Company names and job titles.
• Order history and customization details: uploaded logos, artwork and designs.
• Recipient lists you upload to ship to many addresses.
• Net 30 applications: company legal name, tax ID and accounts payable contact.
• Messages to our team, and emails you enter to get a PDF quote.

Payment details are handled and stored by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, referring sites, and general location at the city or region level. We do not collect precise GPS location.

Information from other sources: we may get limited business contact data from public databases, marketing partners and business data providers.

How we use it

• To produce, ship and support your order, including the artist check and any proof we email you.
• To send quotes, order confirmations, tracking and invoices.
• To review credit for Net 30 terms.
• To answer questions and improve the store.
• To send marketing email. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• For security, fraud prevention and to comply with the law.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that run the store for us, such as hosting, payment processing, email, analytics, customer support and AI tools. Each is bound by a data processing agreement.
• The suppliers and decorators who make your order, and the carriers who deliver it.
• Advertising partners such as Google and Meta, through their pixels, to show and measure ads. Under some US state laws this counts as "sharing" for targeted advertising. You can opt out (see Your rights).
• A buyer or successor if our business is sold or merged.
• Authorities when the law requires it.

We have not sold personal information in the last 12 months and we will not sell it.

Your logo and recipient lists

We use your logo only to produce your order and show you your designs. We do not use it in our marketing without your permission. Recipient lists are used only to ship that order.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar tools: strictly necessary ones for the cart and checkout, functional ones to save preferences, analytics to measure how the store performs, and advertising pixels from Google and Meta. Browsers' Do-Not-Track signals have no agreed standard, so we do not respond to them.

AI tools

We use AI tools from third-party providers for content, internal automation, customer support and analytics. We do not use them to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, such as for tax and accounting. No purpose here needs us to keep it more than 84 months after an account closes.

Security

We encrypt data in transit and at rest, limit access, and run regular security reviews. Card payments meet PCI-DSS through our payment processor. No system is perfectly secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, and opt out of targeted advertising. Email [email protected] or call 1-888-994-7766 with your name, email and request. We may ask you to verify your identity. We usually respond within 5 business days.

Children

The store is for businesses. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect their information.
